Hi folks!

This tribe hasn't been getting any activity, and I am frankly much more active these days over on Multiply, which also has a Dream Theater group (dreamtheater.multiply.com).

So, I present you with the following options:

1. Go to Multiply and use that group, and I'll just decommission this one.
2. Send me a private message on here offering to run this one, and I'll ask Tribe's management to transfer control of it.

If no one wants to run this one, I'll decommission it in a week or two.

Hows the tour?

Not that it could be bad...but how is the tour so far? Anyone seen them yet? I was a wee bit dissapointed with Six Degree's tour, probably because it was the shortest set I've seen them do. I'm hoping this show is more like the Metropolis II tour with more emphasis on the new album, then a good crank of the old-and-favorites.

How long you guys been listening/following them, eh?

Madison Square Garden, NYC- Sat. April 3rd

The entire show was mint- 2 sets of madness and my throat does not feel so good today...
Among the many highlights:
-Somewhere in the middle of "Beyond This Life" was the jam of all jams. The way they were going I dont think anyone had a clue that they would eventually finish BTL. Killer!
-Eugene Friesen comes out to play cello during "Vacant" And "Disappear"- but between those 2, he also played during "Stream of Consciousness" which is mind blowing enough on the album. I don't know where my head was when I was hearing it live but it definitely put me in another frame of mind.
-Sure...start the second set with "A Change of Seasons"...the ENTIRE thing...all 23 minutes of it!!

This show started promptly at 8PM and ended at 11:45PM on the dot. Take out intermission, the intro video montage and all the other stuff, these guys rocked out for a solid 3 HOURS.

This had to have been the best show I've ever seen....
